Facing a strange issue in a C4C-ERP integration scenario via HCI.
We already have done integration via HCI for all the basic scenarios for another C4C system in the past, which worked.
With this new C4C system we are getting a strange error, when we try to move customers from ERP to C4C :
" Solve Configuration Issue in Code List Mapping for field DivisionCode with value 10"
We have already done the code list mapping for Division code and mapped ERP division code '10' with C4C division code.
In a nutshell, customers with Sales area are not getting transferred whereas if we just create a dummy customer with no sales area, thats getting transferred.
Note: Other scenarios are working like material transfer etc.
Can you please suggest the next possible approach we should be taking here.
