Re: SSO AD for BI 4.0 SP7 doesnt work

Hi,

 

then there is the Problem. Maybe the password for the user is expired? The User is locked? Is the User still there?

 

I would do the following:

 

1. Reset the Users password via AD Users and Groups to the one he currently has

2. re- create the .keytab file

3. copy the new .keytab file to your server

4. retry
