Hello Rabin,
as far as I know there is no standard way to achieve this. the colors of the theme will always apply to all tabs the same way.
if you want something different, you have to create a custom solution. I remember some topics here asking about a different icon for a specific tab in the TLN, so you best use the search to find them to get more information.
